このプライバシーポリシーは、以下のアプリケーションに適用されます。
Flip board（以下「本アプリ」といいます）のデベロッパーである Yuya Kanbetsuawa（以下「開発者」といいます）は、本アプリのユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱うデータの種類とその扱い方を説明するものです。
開発者は、本アプリを通じてユーザーの個人情報を収集・保存しません。
本アプリには、アカウント登録・ログイン機能はありません。ユーザーが本アプリで作成したボードの内容（テキスト、選択した背景、カスタム背景画像など）は、開発者が運営するサーバーに送信・保存されることはありません。
本アプリで作成・保存したボードは、テキストやサムネイル、ユーザーが選択したカスタム背景画像を含め、すべてお使いの端末内（本アプリ専用の内部ストレージ）にのみ保存されます。これらのデータが端末外に送信されることはありません。
ユーザーがカスタム背景として写真・画像を選択した場合、その画像は本アプリ内での表示・保存の目的でのみ使用され、端末内に保存されます。開発者や第三者のサーバーへアップロードされることはありません。
本アプリは、収益化のために Google の広告配信サービス Google AdMob を利用して、インタースティシャル広告およびバナー広告を表示します。
AdMob は、広告の配信・測定のために、広告識別子（Advertising ID）、IP アドレス、デバイス情報、アプリの利用状況などの情報を収集・利用する場合があります。これらの情報は Google によって取り扱われ、パーソナライズド広告（ユーザーの興味関心に基づく広告）の表示に使用されることがあります。
Google によるデータの取り扱いについては、以下をご参照ください。
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスのユーザーに対しては、Google の User Messaging Platform（UMP）を通じて、GDPR に基づく同意フォームをアプリ起動時に表示します。ユーザーは、パーソナライズド広告に関する同意・不同意を選択できます。どの地域で同意フォームを表示するかは Google（AdMob）の設定と SDK による所在地判定に基づきます。
Android 端末のユーザーは、端末の「設定 > プライバシー > 広告」（機種により名称が異なります）から、広告 ID をリセットしたり、パーソナライズド広告をオプトアウトしたりできます。
本アプリは、広告およびアプリ内レビュー機能の提供のために Google Play サービス（Google Play In-App Review を含む）を利用します。これらの機能は Google によって提供されており、Google のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。
誤解を避けるために明記します。本アプリは以下を使用していません。
本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。開発者は、13歳未満の子どもから故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。
ユーザーがアプリを削除（アンインストール）すると、端末内に保存されたアプリ関連のデータ（作成したボード、カスタム背景画像を含む）も同時に削除されます。また、アプリ内でボードを個別に削除することもできます。
本アプリの機能変更に伴い、本ポリシーが変更される可能性があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデートおよび本ページの更新を通じてお知らせします。

This Privacy Policy applies to the following application:
Yuya Kanbetsuawa (the "Developer"), the developer of Flip board (the "App"), respects the privacy of the App's users. This policy explains what data the App handles and how it is treated.
The Developer does not collect or store any personal information through the App.
The App has no account registration or login. The content you create in the App (such as board text, the selected background, and custom background images) is not sent to or stored on any server operated by the Developer.
Boards you create and save in the App — including their text, thumbnails, and any custom background images you select — are stored only on your device (in the App's private internal storage). This data is never transmitted off your device.
If you select a photo or image as a custom background, that image is used solely to display and save it within the App and is stored on your device. It is not uploaded to any server operated by the Developer or a third party.
The App uses Google AdMob, Google's advertising service, to display interstitial and banner ads for monetization.
To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may collect and use information such as your advertising identifier (Advertising ID), IP address, device information, and app usage. This information is handled by Google and may be used to display personalized ads (ads based on your interests).

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App displays a GDPR consent form at launch through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can choose to accept or decline personalized advertising. Whether the form is shown in a given region is determined by Google's (AdMob's) configuration and the SDK's location detection.
Android users can reset their advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads from their device settings under "Settings > Privacy > Ads" (the exact name varies by device).
The App uses Google Play services (including Google Play In-App Review) to provide advertising and in-app review features. These features are provided by Google and are handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
To avoid any confusion, the App does not use the following:
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
When you delete (uninstall) the App, all app-related data stored on your device (including the boards you created and any custom background images) is also deleted. You can also delete individual boards within the App.
This policy may be updated as the App's features change. If there are significant changes, we will notify you through app updates and by updating this page.
