Japan Trip Map（以下「本アプリ」といいます）のデベロッパーである Yuya Kanbetsuawa（以下「開発者」といいます）は、本アプリのユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱うデータの種類とその扱い方を説明するものです。
開発者は、本アプリを通じてユーザーの個人情報を収集・保存しません。
本アプリには、アカウント登録・ログイン機能はありません。ユーザーが本アプリで行った操作の結果（ルーレットで選ばれた都道府県、お気に入り、訪問済みの記録、最近見た県など）や、ユーザーが作成した旅行プランは、ユーザーの端末内にのみ保存され、開発者が運営するサーバーに送信・保存されることはありません。
本アプリの「近くのスポット」機能では、現在地の周辺にある観光スポット・温泉・自然スポットを表示するために、端末の位置情報（使用中のみ）を利用します。
本アプリは、地図の表示に Apple の MapKit を利用しています。地図データの取得のため、本アプリはインターネットに接続し、Apple のサーバーと通信します。この通信における情報の取り扱いは、Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
また、旅行プランのルート確認などの目的で、ユーザーの操作により外部の地図アプリ（Apple マップ / Google マップ）を起動する場合があります。起動後の情報の取り扱いは、各アプリの提供者のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
本アプリの「ホーム」および県の詳細画面では、旅行先の紹介として YouTube の動画（ショート動画） を表示・再生します。
なお、本アプリが表示する動画の一覧データ（動画 ID・タイトル・チャンネル名・サムネイル URL など）は、開発者が管理する Firebase 上に一時的に保存され、定期的に更新されます（下記5項）。これは公開されている動画の情報のみであり、ユーザー個人に関する情報は含まれません。
本アプリは、上記のトレンド動画一覧を取得するために、Google の Firebase（Cloud Firestore） を利用しています。
本アプリは、収益化のために Google の広告配信サービス Google AdMob を利用して、バナー広告およびインタースティシャル広告を表示します。
AdMob は、広告の配信・測定のために、広告識別子（IDFA）、IP アドレス、デバイス情報、アプリの利用状況などの情報を収集・利用する場合があります。これらの情報は Google によって取り扱われ、パーソナライズド広告の表示に使用されることがあります。
iOS では、他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだトラッキングを行う前に、App Tracking Transparency（ATT） による許可を求めることが義務づけられています。本アプリも、広告の関連性を高める目的で許可を求めるダイアログを表示します。
許可しない場合でも本アプリは通常どおり利用でき、広告も表示されます（関連性が低くなることがあります）。許可はいつでも iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」から変更できます。
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスのユーザーに対しては、Google の User Messaging Platform（UMP）を通じて、GDPR に基づく同意フォームを表示します。ユーザーは、パーソナライズド広告に関する同意・不同意を選択できます。どの地域で同意フォームを表示するかは Google（AdMob）の設定と SDK による所在地判定に基づきます。
本アプリが表示する観光スポット・グルメ・自然スポット・祭りの写真の一部は、Wikimedia Commons 上でクリエイティブ・コモンズ表示（CC BY）ライセンスまたはパブリックドメイン / CC0 で提供されている作品を、アプリ表示用にリサイズして使用しています。
各作品の帰属情報（作品名・作者・出典・ライセンス）は、iOS の「設定」アプリ内の本アプリの項目にある「写真クレジット」から確認できます。
誤解を避けるために明記します。本アプリは以下を使用していません。
本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。開発者は、13歳未満の子どもから故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。
ユーザーがアプリを削除（アンインストール）すると、端末内に保存されたアプリ関連のデータ（作成した旅行プラン、お気に入り、訪問済みの記録、動画のキャッシュを含む）も同時に削除されます。
Google に保存された情報については、Google のセキュリティ設定ページ（https://myaccount.google.com/security）から確認・削除できます。
本アプリの機能変更に伴い、本ポリシーが変更される可能性があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデートおよび本ページの更新を通じてお知らせします。

Yuya Kanbetsuawa (the "Developer"), the developer of Japan Trip Map (the "App"), respects the privacy of the App's users. This policy explains what kinds of data the App handles and how.
The Developer does not collect or store any personal information through the App.
The App has no account registration or login. The results of your activity in the App (prefectures selected by the roulette, favorites, visited records, recently viewed prefectures, and so on) and any travel plans you create are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to or stored on any server operated by the Developer.
The App's "Nearby Spots" feature uses your device's location (while using the app only) to show sightseeing spots, hot springs, and nature spots near you.
The App uses Apple's MapKit to display maps. To retrieve map data, the App connects to the internet and communicates with Apple's servers. Information handled in this communication is subject to Apple's privacy policy.
The App may also launch an external maps app (Apple Maps or Google Maps) at your request, for example to check a travel plan's route. Once launched, information is handled according to the privacy policy of that app's provider.
On the Home screen and prefecture detail screens, the App displays and plays YouTube videos (Shorts) to introduce travel destinations.
The video listing data shown in the App (video IDs, titles, channel names, thumbnail URLs, and the like) is stored temporarily on Firebase managed by the Developer and refreshed periodically (see section 5). This consists only of information about publicly available videos and contains no information about individual users.
The App uses Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) to retrieve the trending video listings described above.
The App uses Google's advertising service Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial ads for monetization.
AdMob may collect and use information such as the advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, device information, and app usage for the delivery and measurement of ads. This information is handled by Google and may be used to show personalized advertising.
On iOS, apps must request permission through App Tracking Transparency (ATT) before tracking users across other companies' apps and websites. The App displays this dialog in order to improve the relevance of advertising.
The App works normally and still shows ads if you decline (the ads may simply be less relevant). You can change this at any time in iOS under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App presents a GDPR consent form through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), allowing you to consent to or decline personalized advertising. Which regions see the form is determined by Google (AdMob) settings and the SDK's location detection.
Some photographs of sightseeing spots, food, nature spots, and festivals shown in the App are works provided on Wikimedia Commons under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license or as public domain / CC0, resized for display in the App.
Attribution for each work (title, author, source, and license) is available under "Photo Credits" in the App's section of the iOS Settings app.
To avoid any confusion, the App does not use the following:
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
When you delete (uninstall) the App, all app-related data stored on your device — including travel plans you created, favorites, visited records, and cached video listings — is also deleted.
Information held by Google can be reviewed and deleted from Google's security settings page (https://myaccount.google.com/security).
This policy may be updated as the App's features change. If there are significant changes, we will notify you through app updates and by updating this page.
