MathSurface（以下「本アプリ」といいます）のデベロッパーである Yuya Kanbetsuawa（以下「開発者」といいます）は、本アプリのユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリは、数式から 3D 曲面や 2D グラフを描画・表示するためのツールです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱うデータの種類とその扱い方を説明するものです。
開発者は、本アプリを通じてユーザーの個人情報を収集・保存しません。
本アプリには、アカウント登録・ログイン機能はありません。ユーザーが本アプリで入力・記録した内容（数式、数式に付けた名前、その他の設定など）は、開発者が運営するサーバーに送信・保存されることはありません。
本アプリでユーザーが保存した数式（式の内容、ユーザーが付けた名前、種類、作成日時など）や各種表示設定は、ユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。これらのデータが端末の外部に送信されることはなく、開発者や第三者がアクセスすることはありません。
本アプリはインターネットに接続しません。本アプリはネットワーク通信を行うためのパーミッションを要求せず、外部のサーバーとデータを送受信することはありません。本アプリはオフラインで動作します。
誤解を避けるために明記します。本アプリは以下を使用していません。
本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。開発者は、13歳未満の子どもから故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。
ユーザーがアプリを削除（アンインストール）すると、端末内に保存されたアプリ関連のデータ（保存した数式や設定を含む）も同時に削除されます。また、アプリ内で保存した数式は、いつでもユーザー自身で削除できます。
本アプリの機能変更に伴い、本ポリシーが変更される可能性があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデートおよび本ページの更新を通じてお知らせします。

This Privacy Policy applies to the following application:
Yuya Kanbetsuawa (the "Developer"), the developer of MathSurface (the "App"), respects the privacy of the App's users. The App is a tool for drawing and displaying 3D surfaces and 2D graphs from mathematical formulas. This policy explains what data the App handles and how it is treated.
The Developer does not collect or store any personal information through the App.
The App has no account registration or login. The content you enter or record in the App (such as formulas, the names you give them, and other settings) is not sent to or stored on any server operated by the Developer.
The formulas you save in the App (such as the expression, the name you assign, its type, and the creation date) and various display settings are stored only on your own device. This data is never transmitted outside your device, and neither the Developer nor any third party can access it.
The App does not connect to the internet. The App does not request any network permissions and does not send or receive data with any external server. The App works offline.
To avoid any confusion, the App does not use the following:
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
When you delete (uninstall) the App, all app-related data stored on your device (including saved formulas and settings) is also deleted. You can also delete any formula you have saved within the App at any time.
This policy may be updated as the App's features change. If there are significant changes, we will notify you through app updates and by updating this page.
