このプライバシーポリシーは、以下のアプリケーションに適用されます。
MÖLKKY.（以下「本アプリ」といいます）のデベロッパーである Yuya Kanbetsuawa（以下「開発者」といいます）は、本アプリのユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱うデータの種類とその扱い方を説明するものです。
開発者は、本アプリを通じてユーザーの個人情報を収集・保存しません。
ユーザーが本アプリで作成・入力するデータ（プレイヤー名、得点、対戦履歴、アプリ設定など）は、ユーザーの端末内にのみ保存され、開発者を含むいかなる第三者にも送信されません。
本アプリで作成されたデータは、Android の Room データベースおよび DataStore を使用して、ユーザーの端末内（ローカルストレージ）にのみ保存されます。開発者が運営するサーバーへの自動同期やアップロードは行われません。
本アプリは、収益化のために Google の広告配信サービス Google AdMob を利用してインタースティシャル広告を表示します。
AdMob は、広告の配信・測定のために、広告識別子（Advertising ID）、IP アドレス、デバイス情報、アプリの利用状況などの情報を収集・利用する場合があります。これらの情報は Google によって取り扱われ、パーソナライズド広告（ユーザーの興味関心に基づく広告）の表示に使用されることがあります。

欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスのユーザーに対しては、Google の User Messaging Platform（UMP）を通じて、GDPR に基づく同意フォームをアプリ起動時に表示します。ユーザーは、パーソナライズド広告に関する同意・不同意を選択できます。
同意設定は、アプリ内の「設定」画面にある「プライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます（この項目は対象地域のユーザーにのみ表示されます）。
Android 端末のユーザーは、端末の「設定 > プライバシー > 広告」（機種により名称が異なります）から、広告 ID をリセットしたり、パーソナライズド広告をオプトアウトしたりできます。
本アプリは、広告およびアプリ内レビュー機能の提供のために Google Play サービス（Google Play In-App Review を含む）を利用します。これらの機能は Google によって提供されており、Google のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。
誤解を避けるために明記します。本アプリは以下を使用していません。
本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。開発者は、13歳未満の子どもから故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。
ユーザーがアプリを削除（アンインストール）すると、端末内に保存されたすべてのデータも同時に削除されます。
本アプリの機能変更に伴い、本ポリシーが変更される可能性があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデートおよび本ページの更新を通じてお知らせします。

This Privacy Policy applies to the following application:
Yuya Kanbetsuawa (the "Developer"), the developer of MÖLKKY. (the "App"), respects the privacy of the App's users. This policy explains what data the App handles and how it is treated.
The Developer does not collect or store any personal information through the App.
Data that you create or enter in the App (such as player names, scores, match history, and app settings) is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to the Developer or any third party by the Developer.
Data created in the App is stored only on your device (local storage) using the Android Room database and DataStore. It is not automatically synced or uploaded to any server operated by the Developer.
The App uses Google AdMob, Google's advertising service, to display interstitial ads for monetization.
To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may collect and use information such as your advertising identifier (Advertising ID), IP address, device information, and app usage. This information is handled by Google and may be used to display personalized ads (ads based on your interests).

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App displays a GDPR consent form at launch through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can choose to accept or decline personalized advertising.
You can change your consent settings at any time from "Privacy Settings" on the App's "Settings" screen. (This option is shown only to users in the applicable regions.)
Android users can reset their advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads from their device settings under "Settings > Privacy > Ads" (the exact name varies by device).
The App uses Google Play services (including Google Play In-App Review) to provide advertising and in-app review features. These features are provided by Google and are handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
To avoid any confusion, the App does not use the following:
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
When you delete (uninstall) the App, all data stored on your device is also deleted.
This policy may be updated as the App's features change. If there are significant changes, we will notify you through app updates and by updating this page.
